A programme structured over 4 years

The Global BBA is built on a clear and progressive academic structure, enabling students to develop a strong international business profile over four years.

Year 1 : Bachelor 1 + BBA 1

The first year of the global BBA combines the courses from Year 1 of the IES Normandie Bachelor with those from Year 1 of the Northwood University BBA.

This structure is made possible by the strong alignment between the academic content of both programmes. From the outset, students follow a curriculum that meets both the core foundations of the French Bachelor and the requirements of the American programme.

Year 2 : Bachelor 2 + BBA 2

The second year follows the same approach by combining Year 2 of the IES Normandie Bachelor with Year 2 of the Northwood University BBA.

The second year follows the same approach by combining Year 2 of the IES Normandie Bachelor with Year 2 of the Northwood University BBA.

Students strengthen their skills in management, marketing, economics, accounting, communication, law, and business culture, while continuing to develop within a rigorous and international academic environment.

Year 3 : Bachelor 3 + cours de BBA 3

The third year corresponds to the French Bachelor 3 (RNCP), complemented by courses from the BBA Year 3.

This pivotal year allows students to consolidate their knowledge, deepen their specialisation, and continue integrating the American curriculum. Depending on the chosen pathway, it may also offer a work-study option, providing a significant advantage to gain professional experience while continuing their studies.

Year 4: A year dedicated to Northwood University, with multiple study options

The fourth year corresponds to BBA Year 4 and is fully part of the partnership with Northwood University.

Depending on the student’s academic goals and the chosen structure, this fourth year can be organised in different ways: a semester in the United States, a full academic year at Northwood University, or a pathway completed in France as part of the academic partnership.

This flexibility is one of the key strengths of the Global BBA. It allows each student to build an international experience tailored to their profile, English level, professional goals, and academic ambitions.

A programme focused on international exposure and employability

The Global BBA enables students to develop strong skills in management, marketing, economics, finance, communication, and international business.

It prepares them to thrive in multicultural environments, work in demanding professional contexts, and build a profile that is highly attractive to employers.
